Equality. Freedom. For All .
What if a bottle of wine represented something bigger, something more important than just a bottle of wine? What if a bottle of wine could do more than help you unwind or celebrate in the moment?
Inspired by those ideas, motivated by their personal connections to the fight for equality, and fueled by a shared love of great wine, our founders Matt Grove and Jim Obergefell launched a new kind of wine label, a label whose every bottle of wine not only tells a story but also supports organizations dedicated to the ideals of We the People and Equal Justice Under Law.
Equality Vines does more than put exceptional wine in bottles – we help fund the fight for equality. For every release of Equality Vines wine, we partner with an organization dedicated to equality by making per-bottle cash donations directly to that organization. In addition to those per-bottle donations, we support equality-focused organizations with additional donations, in-kind product donations, event sponsorships and more.
We collaborate with talented winemakers who craft our premium wines and share our belief in and commitment to women’s rights, LGBTQ+ rights, immigrants’ rights, and more. At Equality Vines, we believe in civil rights and equality for all, and we support the ongoing fight for all to enjoy Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
Equality Vines is proud to release wines that are more, wines that do more.
Cheers to Equality!
